GoodHout has developed a disruptive new technology & circular solution through a patent pending coconut husk board process, producing a bio-based composite which can replace thermoset plastics and tropical hardwoods, while upcycling existing waste streams. The coconut husk board has exceptional properties, is highly durable and moisture resistant with zero added formaldehyde. The product can be used for many applications including design furniture, decorative wall paneling and luxury 3D objects. Furthermore, GoodHout is focused on impact by reducing CO2 by mitigating waste otherwise burned, sourcing via Fairtrade principles, and setting up a children’s educational charity in the local coconut communities.
