Cheffins is a market leading firm of surveyors, property advisers and auctioneers. Established in 1825, Cheffins operates from six offices across the Mid Anglia region including Cambridge, Saffron Walden, Newmarket, Ely, Haverhill and Sutton; we also have an office in London.

With a rich heritage in auctioneering, Cheffins hosts one of the world’s largest monthly machinery auctions from our sale ground near Ely as well as our esteemed vintage and classic auctions; we also hold regular fine art and property auctions from our headquarters at Clifton House in the heart of Cambridge.

The firm has grown organically over the years to become a modern and dynamic multi-disciplinary practice operating with expertise in estate agency and lettings, commercial property services, planning, farm management consultancy and providing professional advice on rural business matters.
