The nomadic factory defends a new integration model, which takes into account the person and their professional career, by identifying their acquired skills, as well as by studying the possibilities of adaptation and transfer in the French economic and cultural context.
Our work allows craftsmen to resume their profession, find their right place in society and above all give new meaning to their lives after exile.

Animée par le désir de construire une société plus juste et durable, La Fabrique NOMADE œuvre à valoriser et favoriser l’insertion professionnelle des artisans réfugiés et migrants.
La migration est un long chemin de déroute. A chaque traversée, c’est une partie de soi, que les réfugiés laissent derrière eux. Si ces hommes et femmes ont fait le difficile «choix» de quitter leur pays, ils n’ont pas choisi de perdre ce qu’ils sont.
Fondée en janvier 2016, l’association œuvre à valoriser et favoriser l’insertion professionnelle des artisans migrants et réfugiés en France. Des femmes et des hommes passionnés, dotés d’un savoir-faire acquis dans leur pays d’origine, rencontrent en France de nombreux freins à leur insertion professionnelle en tant qu’artisan. Les barrières socio-linguistiques, l’absence de réseaux, la non reconnaissance de leurs qualifications et de leurs expériences, la méconnaissance du marché, rendent difficile la poursuite de leurs métiers. Bien souvent employés dans les secteurs dits en tension (sécurité, nettoyage, restauration, BTP...) ces orientations par défaut conduisent à la rupture du parcours professionnel et à la perte de l’estime de soi...
Valoriser les compétences qui arrivent sur notre territoire, c’est enrichir notre société et soutenir son développement en considérant chaque personne dans ce qu’elle est et ce qu’elle sait faire. La fabrique NOMADE défend un nouveau modèle d’intégration, qui prend en compte la personne et son parcours professionnel, en identifiant ses compétences acquises, ainsi que par l’étude des possibilités d’adaptation et de transfert dans le contexte économique et culturel français.
Notre travail permet aux artisans de reprendre leur métier, trouver leur juste place dans la société et donner surtout un nouveau sens à leur vie après l’exil.
Changer de regard sur les migrants, c’est prendre en compte la personne, son histoire et son savoir-faire.
