It is organized around a Think-tank - through a Research & Prospective activity that is differentiating in terms of substance and method - and a Community - through very high-quality meetings with public or private decision-makers. A Leadership Training Center is currently being created, as well as a Start-up Incubator and a Citizen Movement.
Free and qualitative research based on objective realities feeds the work of the Think-tank and is part of a method of speaking the truth and in "signature" causes ardently defended in the public debate.
Ultimately, the Orion Circle aims to be an actor that is part of a large-scale strategic reflection on the art of public and private governance at a time of current paradigmatic recompositions. It is structured around a liberal-conservative, modern and open line, and a spirit of liberation from old codes to refer to new benchmarks and bring together leaders from all backgrounds who want to act.

Le Cercle Orion est un cercle de réflexion politique, de débat et d’influence fondé par Alexandre MANCINO et situé au croisement du SAVOIR et du POUVOIR. Il se donne pour raison d'être d’incarner et de promouvoir une nouvelle génération de décideurs engagés, libres et audacieux, désireux de prendre part aux enjeux contemporains et d’y apporter des solutions à impact pérennes pour le présent et l’avenir, dans un esprit entrepreneurial et innovant, orientées vers le bien commun.
Le but du Cercle Orion est d’être acteur du débat public en contribuant à la compréhension des enjeux et transformations du XXIe siècle, ancré dans des valeurs fortes d’orientation libérale-conservatrice. Son fil conducteur passe par un questionnement permanent sur la responsabilité des élites dirigeantes au XXIe siècle, sur leur leadership face aux grands bouleversements du monde et sur les qualités qu’elles doivent adopter pour s’adapter aux défis de l’époque contemporaine.
Il s’organise autour d’un Think-tank - à travers une activité de Recherche & Prospective différenciante par le fond et par la méthode - et d’une Communauté - à travers des rencontres de très haute qualité avec des décideurs publics ou privés. Un Centre de formation au leadership est en cours de création, de même qu’un Incubateur de start-ups et qu’un Mouvement citoyen.
Une recherche libre et qualitative reposant sur des réalités objectives nourrit les travaux du Think-tank et s’inscrit dans une méthode de parler vrai et dans des causes "signatures" défendues ardemment dans le débat public.
In fine, le Cercle Orion se veut un acteur qui s’insère dans une réflexion stratégique d’ampleur sur l’art de la gouvernance publique et privée à l’heure des recompositions paradigmatiques actuelles.
