Gironde, Land of Rugby
In June 2006, the two historic Gironde clubs, CABBG and Stade Bordelais (9 French Champion titles in total) merged to create USBCABBG. The club became Union Bordeaux Bègles in May 2008 under the leadership of its new president Laurent MARTI, with the aim of uniting around this name all the driving forces of the two cities, the urban area and the Gironde.

2018: Ceva Campus
Delivered in the summer of 2018, the new performance center, named Ceva Campus after the Ceva group (major partner), now brings together all the services (sports, administrative, commercial and marketing) in a single modern building of over 2,000 m2. With state-of-the-art sports infrastructure and equipment, optimal training conditions, a new milestone has just been reached. Now there is only one goal: to play the leading roles in an increasingly competitive Top 14.

La Gironde, Terre de Rugby
En juin 2006, les deux clubs historiques girondins, le CABBG et le Stade Bordelais (9 titres de Champion de France au total) fusionnent pour donner naissance à l'USBCABBG. Le club devient l’Union Bordeaux Bègles en mai 2008 sous l’impulsion de son nouveau président Laurent MARTI, avec la volonté de réunir autour de ce nom toutes les forces vives des deux villes, de l’agglomération et de la Gironde.
UBB l'ambitieuse
Autour d’un projet ambitieux, l’Union est propulsée en TOP 14 en mai 2011. Un nouveau défi commence : se maintenir dans l'élite du rugby français... 10 mois plus tard, grâce aux performances d'une équipe extraordinaire de courage et de collectif, l'UBB devient le premier club promu issu des phases finales à se maintenir en TOP 14.

L'engouement populaire autour de l'UBB continue de grandir. Les supporters girondins forment le premier public de France en termes d'affluence depuis 2014... et le premier public d'Europe depuis 2015.
2018 : Ceva Campus
Livré à l'été 2018, le nouveau centre de performance, baptisé Ceva Campus du nom du groupe Ceva partenaire majeur), réunit désormais l'ensemble des services (sportif, administratif, commercial et marketing) dans un unique bâtiment moderne de plus de 2 000 m2. Avec une infrastructure et un équipement sportifs à la pointe de la technologie, des conditions d'entraînement optimales, une nouvelle étape vient d'être franchie. Un seul objectif désormais : jouer les premiers rôles dans un Top 14 toujours plus concurrentiel.
En juillet 2019, Christophe Urios rejoint l'UBB, épaulé par Frédéric Charrier (arrières) et Julien Laïrle (avants).
