Description
  • Value proposition

    Safe. Affordable. Hygienic.
Sanitation logistics for a rapidly urbanizing world.

Pit Vidura offers safe, affordable, and legal pit latrine emptying services to households in dense urban settlements of Kigali, Rwanda. The waste that we excavate is transported by truck to a safe place for disposal.

Pit Vidura has developed the hardware, software, and business model solutions to make emptying safe, clean, efficient, and affordable. For many low income households, our waste removal and transport service is the only alternative to the common practice of manually emptying pit latrines and dumping pathogenic waste into the environment.
