Créée en 1986 par le foyer de jeunes de Saint André d’Ornay, l'aventure "Graffiti" était censée ne durer qu’un été... 22 ans ont passé et pourtant elle est toujours fidèle au poste (poste radio bien sur !). L’élan des débuts entretenu au fil des années par l’enthousiasme de ses adhérents a fait aujourd'hui de Graffiti Urban Radio un média nettement plus écouté sur le 88.6 FM !
Graffiti Urban Radio c’est une programmation musicale éclectique mais toujours alternative et exigeante. Les bénévoles animent tout les soirs des émissions thématiques et les horizons sont larges : Hip-hop, Funk, Électro, Pop, Rock, Reggae, World Music, Nouvelle scène...
Le 88.6 FM offre un espace de diffusion aux artistes locaux et à la découverte des musiques indépendantes.
La publicité commerciale, quant à elle, se fait très discrète, au profit de la musique.
