Des rencontres mensuelles sont organisées, regroupant parrains et filleuls à la suite desquelles des binômes sont constitués. La présence se fait selon la disponibilité de chacun.
Il n'y a pas d'obligation particulière, mis à part, bien sur, l'approche bienveillante auprès des jeunes, ce qui n’exclut pas de les mettre parfois sous pression pour faire passer un message.
