Happy to meet you, a 360 HR recruitment and support firm, was born from the observation that the world of human resources was experiencing a paradigm shift. Our 40 human resources and communication experts support and train companies in 2 major areas:
- recruitment of executives, managers and directors (sourcing, direct approach, evaluations, assessments, onboarding, etc.),
- human resources consulting (organization and transformation, HR development, skills assessments, individual and collective outplacements, etc.)
In terms of CSR, we are committed on a voluntary basis to the FACE foundation and the associated digital school, ASCAPE and InSitu Développement.

Digitalisation des outils, candidats en quête de sens, entreprises en transformation, concurrence accrue... Le rapport entre recruteur et candidat s’est modifié, il s’est même quelque fois inversé. Il appartient aujourd’hui aux entreprises de comprendre leur culture, de bâtir une image de marque employeur fidèle à la réalité et d’adopter les codes et les outils de son époque.
Nos 40 experts en ressources humaines et communication accompagnent et forment les entreprises sur 2 axes majeurs :
- le recrutement de cadres, managers et dirigeants (sourcing, approche directe, évaluations, assessments, onboarding...),
- le conseil en ressources humaines (organisation et transformation, développement RH, bilans de compétence, outplacements individuel et collectifs...)
En termes de RSE, nous sommes engagés bénévolement auprès de la fondation FACE et de l'école du numérique associée, l'ASCAPE et InSitu Développement.
Nos bureaux sont situés à Rennes, Nantes, Brest et Paris et nous intervenons sur tout le territoire français.
