Elle améliore la cohésion des équipes, source d'un meilleur vivre ensemble et donc de performance sociale.
Traduits en actions mesurées et évaluées régulièrement, les engagements de la Charte de la diversité sont facteurs de progrès social et économique. Leur mise en œuvre améliore l’image de l’entreprise ou de l’organisation auprès de toutes ses parties prenantes internes et externes en France et dans le monde.
Le Secrétariat général de la Charte de la Diversité, installé au sein du réseau Les Entreprises pour la Cité (réseau d’entreprises engagées à la pointe de l’innovation sociale- www.reseau-lepc.fr), anime et promeut la Charte de la diversité sur le territoire national et contribue au développement des Chartes dans les pays européens.
