L’entreprise est structurée en dix départements qui concentrent chacune des spécialités juridiques (droit civil de la famille, droit civil des obligations, droit fiscal, droit rural, droit international privé, droit commercial, etc.).
Chaque département est assuré par un responsable de service en charge de l’animation quotidienne des juristes.
Le service documentation veille alimente les juristes ainsi que les notaires en veilles généralistes et spécialisées.
