An independent think tank founded in 1985, the Center for Strategic Studies and Foresight (CEPS) aims to identify, analyze and put into perspective the major factors of change in the contemporary world, whether technological, economic, financial or in order to support companies, institutions and States in positioning themselves in an extremely changing global environment.
A partner NGO of international organizations such as the European Commission, the OECD, UNESCO or the Council of Europe, the CEPS brings together 700 decision-makers from all backgrounds and nearly forty nationalities. Ten delegations are present throughout the world.

Centre de réflexion indépendant fondé en 1985, le Centre d’étude et de prospective stratégique (CEPS) a pour objectif de cerner, d’analyser et de mettre en perspective les grands facteurs d’évolution du monde contemporain, qu’ils soient technologiques, économiques financiers ou afin d’accompagner les entreprises, les institutions et les Etats à se positionner dans un environnement mondial extrêmement mouvant.
OING partenaire d'organisations internationales telles que la Commission Européenne, l'OCDE, l'UNESCO ou le Conseil de l'Europe, le CEPS regroupe 700 décideurs de tous horizons et de près de quarante nationalités. Dix délégations sont présentes dans le monde.
Cette dynamique d’échange et de réflexion se concrétise par l’expression de la société civile sur les principaux sujets stratégiques (énergie, défense, transport aérien, finance, etc.) dans le cadre des clubs et par l’édition de publications.
