    Ο Σύνδεσμος Ανωνύμων Εταιριών και Επιχειρηματικότητας (πρώην Σύνδεσμος ΑΕ και ΕΠΕ) είναι ένα ανεξάρτητο επιχειρηματικό Σωματείο με μέλη σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Ιδρύθηκε το 1922 και εδρεύει στην Αθήνα.
    Ο Σύνδεσμος παρέχει συμβουλές νομικής, οικονομικής και λογιστικής φύσεως στα μέλη του. Είναι παρών στην καθημερινότητα των επιχειρήσεων παρέχοντας συνεχή ενημέρωση και πληροφορίες για ό,τι τις αφορά. Προς το σκοπό αυτό, κάθε μήνα εκδίδεται και διανέμεται το περιοδικό του, Δελτίον.
    Πολύ σημαντική είναι η προσφορά του Συνδέσμου ως προς ενημερωτικά και εκπαιδευτικά σεμινάρια για επίκαιρα ζητήματα που απασχολούν δικηγόρους, επιχειρήσεις, αλλά και κάθε ενδιαφερόμενο.
    Η προώθηση του θεσμού της διαμεσολάβησης - ήδη από το 2006 - σε συνεργασία με το Ελληνικό Κέντρο Διαμεσολάβησης και Διαιτησίας, είναι σημαντική δράση του Συνδέσμου.
