The umbrella organization for IT within local authorities V-ICT-OR vzw, or the Flemish ICT organization, is the member organization for everyone within the local government involved in IT and information management. V-ICT-Or offers an IT best practices forum that improves the services of local authorities. Our members mainly include IT and GIS-Responsions throughout Flanders.
