Invest. Build. Connect. We are neosfer - early-stage investor and innovation unit of the Commerzbank Group.

Under the vision "Driving transformation by connecting people, technology and capital", we offer financial service providers and their customers access to digital and sustainable innovations - on the one hand through investments in early-stage start-ups (invest) and on the other hand through our own developments (build).

We believe in the added value of collaborating with our network partners to identify and offer the best possible solutions (connect). For us, technology is not an end in itself, but always a tool to achieve the goal.

In our three business areas (invest, build, connect), the topic of sustainability is deeply rooted alongside digitalization: we consciously invest in start-ups that offer solutions for sustainable transformation, look at future technologies, evaluate their impact and bring the FinTech and sustainability scene together through our formats.

Our projects include the IMPACT FESTIVAL, Europe's largest B2B event for sustainable innovations, and the IMPACT SOLUTIONS platform. With Lissi, we also spun off our first own venture in 2023.
