Our houses are designed for roommates to enjoy an enriching community experience, without the constraints of classic shared accommodation: large common areas, single rooms with private bathroom, numerous services included in the price (cleaning, internet, maintenance), monthly events, framework and rules facilitating living together.

Today, La Casa has 41 open co-living houses and more than 500 roommates, active workers aged 29 on average, other projects are being renovated near Paris.

En parallèle, nous faisons un constat simple : le logement est un obstacle majeur au recrutement, notamment dans les grandes villes où la demande locative est extrêmement tendue.
