Grand Est Développement is the regional agency serving the digital, environmental and industrial transformation of businesses and territories in the Grand Est.
The agency was created in 2018 at the initiative of the Grand Est Region and the Grand Est CCI.
To respond to the challenges of major transitions, the agency deploys its activities around 3 strategic axes: supporting the offer of innovative transformation solutions present in the territory (the short circuit of transformation), strengthening the attractiveness and reindustrializing the territory, supporting high-stakes structuring projects.
It mobilizes and supports partners in the innovation and development ecosystem, who act as close as possible to the local economic fabric.

Grand Est Développement est l’agence régionale au service de la transformation numérique, environnementale et industrielle des entreprises et des territoires du Grand Est.
L'agence a été créée en 2018 à l’initiative de la Région Grand Est et de la CCI Grand Est.
Pour répondre aux enjeux des grandes transitions, l’agence déploie ses activités autour de 3 axes stratégiques : soutenir l’offre de solutions innovantes de transformation présente sur le territoire (le circuit court de la transformation), renforcer l’attractivité et réindustrialiser le territoire, accompagner les projets structurants à fort enjeu.
Elle mobilise et soutient les partenaires de l’écosystème d’innovation et de développement, qui agissent au plus près du tissu économique local.
