Created in 1992, the Association of Business Councils lawyers represents the entire French affairs bar, bringing together business consulting firms of all dimensions, French and international.
Building on its technical commissions involved in all areas of law, its international section and its young lawyers section (ACE-JA), ACE has elected officials in all institutions and technical organizations representative of the profession (National Council of Barreaux, Orders, CARPA, ...).

The ACE has been chaired since October 2021 by Emmanuel Raskin, lawyer at the Paris bar, former member of the National Bars Council.

Créée en 1992, l’Association des Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises représente l’ensemble du barreau d’affaires français, réunissant les cabinets de conseils d’entreprises de toutes dimensions, français et internationaux.
Forte de ses commissions techniques intervenant dans tous les domaines du droit, de sa section internationale et de sa section jeunes avocats (ACE-JA), l’ACE a des élus dans l’ensemble des institutions et organismes techniques représentatifs de la profession (Conseil national des barreaux, ordres, CARPA,...).
Elle a pu ainsi promouvoir ses idées innovantes, contribuant avec efficacité à forger la profession d’avocats moderne et à préparer son avenir.
