Spécialiste de la centralité et des usages, Gecina exploite des lieux de vie innovants et durables. La société d’investissement immobilier détient, gère et développe le premier patrimoine de bureaux d’Europe, situé à près de 97% en Ile-de-France, un patrimoine d’actifs résidentiels et des résidences pour étudiants, qui représentent plus de 9 000 logements. Ce patrimoine est valorisé à 20,1 milliards d’euros à fin 2022.
