Established in the Occitanie region since its creation, we manufacture over 95% of our products in France. We keep innovating passionately with our teams in 2 innovation centers in Brasil and Japan as well as in 6 R&D centers in France.
Thanks to our 9,600 employees in 44 subsidiaries and our distribution activities in 120 countries, our group generated âŹ2.7 billion in revenues in 2022, 69% of which is from international business.

Its Dermo-cosmetics & Personal Care portfolio includes international brands such as Eau Thermale AvĂšne, Ducray, Klorane, A-Derma, RenĂ© Furterer, MĂȘme Cosmetics, Darrow, and Elgydium. Its Medical Care activity covers 4 main therapeutic fields: oncology, dermatology, primary care and family health care.
In 2024, Pierre Fabre Laboratories posted 3.1 billion euros in revenues, 71% of which came from international sales in 120 countries. Based in southwest France since its creation and manufacturing more than 90% of its products in France, Pierre Fabre Laboratories employs 10,200 people worldwide.
Pierre Fabre Laboratoriesâ majority shareholder (86%) is an eponymous Foundation, which is recognized by the French government as being a public-interest foundation. Employees constitute the companyâs other shareholder.
Pierre Fabre Laboratoriesâ CSR policy has been assessed by AFNOR Certification and has been awarded the âExemplaryâ level of its CSR label (ISO 26 000 standard for sustainable development).
