AXA releases the 5th Mind Health Report continuing to bringing #mentalhealth to the forefront to understand the emerging #risks for the #health and #wellness of individuals.

Conducted with Ipsos across 16 countries globally and 17,000 respondents the findings continue to show:
• 1 out of 3 people continue to struggle with mental health challenges
• Young adults are particularly affected, with 44% of them experiencing struggles.

Why does this trend continue?

Just as we celebrate diversity for the unique perspectives each group brings to society, we must not forget to value the strengths of individuals with neurodiverse conditions like autism, ADHD, dyslexia or others.

That’s why AXA Europe & Health came up with an internal series of short videos including interviews with experts and neurodivergent individuals to:
• Highlight the many ways in which our brains work differently.
• Emphasize the importance of creating a neurodiversity-friendly environment.
• Promote the inclusion for all employees, particularly those who are often overlooked.

In addition to that, AXA Global Healthcare implemented concrete solutions to foster an #inclusive #workplace by adapting workspaces to reduce distractions and enhance focus, training employees to better understand and support neurodiverse colleagues, and ensuring equal opportunities through inclusive recruitment processes.
