ACCESS:VFX is a global community working to make the visual effects (VFX) and animation industries more inclusive, accessible and transparent.
Founded in 2017, ACCESS:VFX brings together studios, artists, educators and industry partners to open pathways into VFX and animation for people from all backgrounds. Our mission is simple: to break down barriers and create opportunity for the next generation of talent.
Through mentoring, outreach, industry events and community initiatives, we connect aspiring creatives with working professionals across the global VFX ecosystem. Our flagship global e-mentoring programme supports thousands of members each year, providing guidance, insight and encouragement to students, career changers and emerging artists navigating their way into the industry.
ACCESS:VFX is powered by volunteers and supported by studios and partners across the world who share a belief that the creative industries are stronger when they are open to everyone.
