A Collective Ambition !
Grand Avignon agglomeration was raised on January 1, 2001. It was created with a desire to design inter-municipal cooperation. Particularly in the following areas : economic development, transport, water and sanitation, collection, culture, environment, city policy... Grand Avignon is made up of 16 municipalities and is located in the delta of 3 departments. Joël Guin is the current President of the agglomeration, he is the 4th President since its creation. -

L’agglomération du Grand Avignon a vu le jour le 1er janvier 2001. Elle a été créée dans une volonté de concevoir une coopération intercommunale. Notamment dans les domaines suivants : développement économique, transport, eau et assainissement, collecte, culture, environnement, politique de la ville...
Le Grand Avignon est composé de 16 communes et est localisé au delta de 3 départements.
Joël Guin est l’actuel Président de l’agglomération, il est le 4ème Président depuis sa création.
