Nevers Agglomération, an EPCI - Public Establishment of Intercommunal Cooperation -, strives to develop with the 12 member municipalities, a common urban development and land use planning project. A dynamic made possible by the pooling of resources and know-how.

A 2h00 de Paris et de Clermont-Ferrand, et à 3h de Lyon et Dijon, Nevers Agglomération est au carrefour d’un axe nord/sud ; est/ouest. Première aire urbaine de la Nièvre, avec un tiers de la population nivernaise, 33 322 emplois et 2 739 entreprises, le territoire se distingue par une qualité de vie appréciée et recherchée. C’est également le deuxième pôle estudiantin de Bourgogne avec 2000 étudiants, 31 formations regroupées dans 14 filières. Lieu de vie avant tout, les activités sont nombreuses : sports, loisirs, festivals... les choix sont multiples.
Nevers Agglomération c’est aussi l’eau, les forêts, le patrimoine architectural et culturel. Le territoire, partagé entre un environnement rural et urbain, dévoile de nouveaux charmes au fil des saisons.
