The SATT Network is the association that brings together the 13 SATTs, Technology Transfer Acceleration Companies, whose mission is to simplify and professionalize the transfer of innovations from French academic research to businesses.
Created in 2014, the association aims to carry out shared actions in order to increase the efficiency, readability and visibility of SATTs. Through its action, the SATT Network makes it possible to:
- Provide a common portfolio of technologies to be transferred
- Conclude partnerships
- Show shared values
- Carry out common communication
With a unique maturation fund in France, SATTs have access to the skills and inventions of public researchers in their territory and rely on dedicated professional teams to support these inventions until transfer to a company:
- Identification of innovative projects with high added value and positioning in relation to the competition and market needs;
- Protection of research results through the filing and maintenance of intellectual and industrial property titles;
- Implementation and management of validated maturation projects;
- Marketing until transfer to the economic world in the form of licensing and creation of start-ups.

Le Réseau SATT est l’association qui fédère les 13 SATT, Sociétés d’Accélération du Transfert de Technologies, qui ont pour mission de simplifier et professionnaliser le transfert des innovations issues de la recherche académique française vers les entreprises.
Créée en 2014, l’association a pour but de mener des actions partagées afin d’accroître l’efficacité, la lisibilité et la visibilité des SATT. A travers son action le Réseau SATT, permet de :
- Mettre à disposition un portefeuille commun de technologies à transférer
- Conclure des partenariats
- Afficher des valeurs partagées
- Porter une communication commune
Disposant d’un fonds de maturation unique en France, Les SATT ont accès aux compétences et inventions des chercheurs publics sur leur territoire et s’appuient sur des équipes professionnelles dédiées pour accompagner ces inventions jusqu’au transfert vers une entreprise :
- Identification des projets innovants à forte valeur ajoutée et positionnement par rapport à la concurrence et aux besoins du marché ;
- Protection des résultats de recherche par le dépôt et l’entretien de titres de propriété intellectuelle et industrielle ;
- Mise en place et gestion des projets de maturation validés ;
- Commercialisation jusqu’au transfert au monde économique sous forme de licensing et de création de start-up.
