CLEMI, a Réseau Canopé service, carries a national mission of leadership, coordination, training and educational support for media and information education. Le CLEMI, service de Réseau Canopé, porte une mission nationale d’impulsion, de coordination, de formation et d’accompagnement pédagogique pour l’éducation aux médias et à l’information. Depuis sa création en 1983, ses équipes forment les enseignants et formateurs, pour permettre aux élèves de construire une pratique citoyenne des médias, de mieux comprendre le monde qui les entoure et de développer leur esprit critique.
Le CLEMI qui organise chaque année la Semaine de la presse et des médias dans l’Ecole a étendu sa mission en direction des familles, pour les accompagner et les sensibiliser dans un monde en pleine transition numérique. Son action s’inscrit dans une perspective de coopération avec les institutions à l’échelle européenne et internationale.
