ATLANTECH : La technopole bas carbone dédiée à la transition énergétique ou l’on peut : Vivre, Apprendre & Entreprendre; Un véritable espace pour la Validation des Acquis d’Expériences de la transition énergétique.
La Communauté d’Agglomération de La Rochelle a saisi l’opportunité de la rétrocession d’un site militaire sur la commune de Lagord, limitrophe de La Rochelle, pour créer une vaste zone de développement économique, spécialisée dans la transition énergétique en milieu urbain, le bâtiment et la réhabilitation.
Cette logique de spécialisation touche aux enjeux de la Ville Durable et recouvre un champ large de compétences et d’expertises autour de la réhabilitation des bâtiments, de l’éco-construction, de l’éco-mobilité, de la production d’énergie et de son utilisation optimale.
Nous souhaitons accentuer encore le dynamisme et l’attractivité de notre territoire par la promotion d’une filière économique d’avenir qui fait sens à la rochelle.
ICI nous créons un espace à la fois conçu sobrement et exploiter exemplairement. Ce n’est ni un quartier ni une zone d’activité traditionnelle. C’est la ville de demain, dans laquelle nous melons habitat et activité, mobilité douce, production et distribution intelligente d’énergie.
