Fluxus, the incubator of cultural and artistic entrepreneurs of the Grand Est.
Created in November 2018 at the initiative of the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs of the Grand Est (Ministry of Culture) and coordinated by Bliiida, in collaboration with the Grand Est cultural agency and a network of around thirty partners, Fluxus is an incubation system that brings together existing resources and expertise in the Grand Est territory to promote the emergence of projects in all cultural and artistic sectors.
Multidisciplinary, Fluxus welcomes projects from all cultural sectors within the same promotion, promoting the crossing of looks, the creation of hybrid projects and the development of professional collaborations.
Regional, Fluxus combines collective training and individual follow -up to support project leaders, for one year and intensively, in the process of creating a viable and sustainable economic activity.
Demanding, Fluxus surrounds himself with skilled experts and stakeholders to select project leaders with regard to their artistic potential and their economic development in the territory and to offer them an ambitious framework:

1-2h of individual meetings per month with 1 tutor
1 godfather / 1 godmother per project
5 hours of individual meetings with a chartered accountant.

Fluxus, l'incubateur des entrepreneurs culturels et artistiques du Grand Est.
Créé en novembre 2018 à l’initiative de la Direction régionale des affaires culturelles du Grand Est (Ministère de la Culture) et coordonné par BLIIIDA, en collaboration avec l'Agence culturelle Grand Est et un réseau d'une trentaine de partenaires, Fluxus est un dispositif d’incubation qui fédère les ressources et expertises existantes sur le territoire du Grand Est pour favoriser l’émergence de projets dans tous les secteurs culturels et artistiques.
Pluridisciplinaire, fluxus accueille des projets de tous les secteurs culturels au sein d’une même promotion, favorisant le croisement de regards, la création de projets hybrides et le développement de collaborations professionnelles.
Régional, fluxus allie formation collective et suivi individuel pour accompagner des porteurs de projet, pendant un an et de manière intensive, dans le processus de création d'une activité économique viable et durable.
Exigeant, fluxus s’entoure d’experts et d’intervenants qualifiés pour sélectionner des porteurs de projet au regard de leur potentiel artistique et de leur développement économique sur le territoire et pour leur proposer un cadre ambitieux :
· 137h de formation collective
· 1-2h de RDV individuels par mois avec 1 tuteur
· 1 parrain / 1 marraine par projet
· 5h de RDV individuels avec un expert-comptable.
· 4 auditions
· 2 camps : séminaires pour préparer les auditions
· 1 vidéo par promotion
· 500€ de défraiement
· 500€ de bourse
