to experiment with several professions before entering the CAP at 16, to prepare a

France and in Europe. And this, while strengthening its know-how and business in business, thanks to learning, while being remunerated.
Taking the path of learning is a way of becoming a professional
recognized and an autonomous citizen. The grandes écoles envy us today this

Travailler la matière, la modifier pour lui donner une autre vie, c’est un défi passionnant que les métiers du bâtiment, dans leur très grande diversité, vous
invitent à relever.
Un défi qui dans un secteur aussi dynamique que le bâtiment a amené nos 7 centres de formation en apprentissage à répondre aux besoins des entreprises, à travers une offre de formation dont nous sommes très fiers aujourd’hui. Grâce à l’engagement de l’ensemble des collaborateurs de notre réseau, nous répondons ainsi parfaitement aux enjeux de la transition énergétique et de la transition numérique. Réalité augmentée, réalité virtuelle, digitalisation : nous formons des jeunes qui sauront manier les outils dont les entreprises ont besoin.
Notre réseau est aussi le seul aujourd’hui à offrir aux jeunes de 15 ans la possibilité
d’expérimenter plusieurs métiers avant d’entrer en CAP à 16 ans, de préparer un
BAC PRO, un BTS et s’il/elle le souhaite de poursuivre jusqu’au titre d’ingénieur, en
France et en Europe. Et ceci, tout en renforçant son savoir-faire et son savoir-être en entreprise, grâce à l’apprentissage, tout en étant rémunéré.
Prendre le chemin de l’apprentissage, c’est une façon de devenir un professionnel
reconnu et un citoyen autonome. Les grandes écoles nous envient aujourd’hui ce
modèle que nous proposons depuis des dizaines d’années !
