Un réseau de compétences pour nos territoires
Association loi 1901, ARADEL a été créée en 1986 à la demande des développeurs économiques locaux pour répondre aux évolutions du métier, favoriser les échanges d’expériences et la professionnalisation.
Depuis 1997, le partenariat avec l’Etat et la Région a permis la mise en place d’une équipe permanente et d’un véritable programme de professionnalisation à destination des développeurs économiques locaux. Animé également par un conseil d’administration, le réseau Aradel n’a cessé de se développer et compte aujourd’hui plus de 900 adhérents.
Dynamique et conviviale, la vie du réseau s’alimente au grès des rencontres, des journées de travail, et des conférences.
Les missions d'Aradel s'articulent de la manière suivante :
Axe 1 : Renforcer, développer les échanges et l’information vers et entre les adhérents.
Axe 2 : Professionnaliser les adhérents, notamment par la formation.
Axe 3 : Développer et valoriser notre capacité, nos connaissances, notre analyse sur 3 types d’expertises :
- Les métiers du développeur économique, notamment sur les liens existant ou à créer vis à vis des autres métiers du développement local.
L’évaluation des politiques économiques territoriales.
Les stratégies de développement territorial.
Axe 4 : Etre force de propositions et de représentation sur ces domaines de compétences soit à la demande des adhérents, soit à la demande des partenaires soit en fonction des thèmes d’actualité.
