EuCIE: co-build a European inclusive society through sustainable people with disabilities employment

It is with a strong collective desire that the various associations representing inclusive and responsive businesses * have signed the articles of EuCIE the first European federation Inclusive Business in Strasbourg, Wednesday, June 21, 2017.
UNEA who is engaged in this project from the design view, with great satisfaction, that this is "a highlight of our dynamic".
Its President, Stéphane Foisy says about it: "The foundations of this structure are solid, the stakes are shared and go well beyond traditional exchanges knowledge of each. The European Disability Law, the right about our business, but also the development and the response to European principals will be discussed there . "
The former president of the UNEA, Jean-Marc Froger was elected President of EuCIE for a term of 2 years. For the latter, the European issue, through this federation inclusive Companies, is "an opening act that will serve our fully on the political territories."
" EuCIE aims to be a remarkable brick in the construction of social Europe, to build an inclusive European society for people with disabilities ," he said while stressing that "the company inclusive or adapted business model is a powerful, EuCIE will be responsible for promoting this beautiful exemplary on European territory. "
The priority of EuCIE is to implement strategic actions in order to build an inclusive society and an integral part of the inclusive strategy for people with disabilities 2020 - 2030 in Europe.
Already in action, EuCIE hold its first congress the 24th of October 2017 in Valencia, Spain and is preparing an event in Brussels with European Parliament Members the 8th of November 2018.

Social entrepreneurship through inclusive business
EuCIE is the European Confederation of Inclusive Enterprises. Founded in 2017, it promotes an inclusive entrepreneurial model that encourages access to stable employment for people with disabilities. Its objective is therefore to put in place strategic actions to build an inclusive society and to become an integral part of the European 2020-2030 strategy for people with disabilities.
EuCIE aspires in particular to:
- Increase and promote universal European law guaranteeing employees with disabilities compensation for their reduced capacity to work, without discrimination, limitation or quota restrictions.
- Develop and promote a universal European right for employees of inclusive companies to have access to permanent employment for an indefinite period of time in order to promote the realisation of professional projects in the ordinary labour market.
Four federations are members, representing EuCIE in four European Union countries: Eweta for Belgium (Walloon region), UNEA for France, Bag If for Germany and CONACEE for Spain.
