A ces fins, l’IdBM s’inscrit pleinement dans la réflexion nationale portée par le Réseau Nationale des Incubateurs de Barreaux tourné vers les grands changements en cours dans le monde du droit, et vers les enjeux liés aux évolutions techniques et à la garantie d’une Justice accessible pour et par tous.
En construisant un réseau d’acteurs du changement, l’Incubateur souhaite mettre au service de l’innovation sur le bassin de Montpellier, un outil d’accompagnement, de formation, de lien, de partage et de coopération.
Une vision partagée
Notre mission première est de permettre aux avocats du Barreau de Montpellier d’être pleinement acteurs de l’innovation au service d’un accès au droit plus fort pour tous.
Des acteurs du changement
L’IdBM facilite la coopération et l’échange pour répondre aux besoins d’intérêt collectif et faire émerger des projets innovants, pérennes et en réponse aux mutations sociétales en cours.
L’innovation se veut tout autant juridique que sociale ou numérique.

L’IdBM est constitué de membres de la profession d’avocat du Barreau de Montpellier.

- L’acculturation des avocats aux innovations en lien avec l’exercice de la profession et l’accès au droit,
- Faire émerger des innovations portées par des avocats du Barreau de Montpellier,
- Soutenir les innovations implantées sur le territoire du Barreau de Montpellier au service de l’amélioration de l’exercice de la profession d’avocats et de l’accès au droit.
