IotaMetrix develops non-destructive optical nanometrology solutions for industrial quality control and advanced material inspection.
Our technology enables high-resolution optical analysis of surfaces and transparent materials, without contact, vacuum, coating or complex sample preparation. It is designed to reveal nanoscale defects and surface structures that are difficult to observe with conventional optical inspection methods, while remaining compatible with practical industrial workflows.
We work with a wide range of materials, including transparent materials, ceramics, metals, nanostructured surfaces, micro-optics, functional coatings and precision components.
IotaMetrix supports industrial and R&D teams through two complementary activities:
• Engineering services: feasibility studies, sample analysis and application-oriented measurements to evaluate the relevance of our technology on specific materials and use cases.
• Instrumentation: static inspection systems for laboratories, industrial R&D teams and quality-control environments, with future developments toward in-line inspection.
Our first target applications include precision manufacturing, microtechnology, watchmaking components, ceramics, advanced surfaces, transparent materials and high-value industrial parts where non-destructive inspection and nanoscale information are critical.
