L’opération Bistrot de Pays est une démarche originale mobilisant des établissements (bistrots, cafés, estaminets et autres débits de boissons) dans un projet de pays. Le Bistrot de Pays a pour but, à travers un réseau local d’animation, de contribuer à la conservation et à l'animation du tissu économique et social en milieu rural par le maintien - ou la recréation - du café de village multiservices de proximité.
Venez vous installer à leur table et goûter à l’authenticité d’un café fumant, d’un sirop rafraîchissant, d’un franc casse-croûte ou d’un vrai repas de terroir. Le tout arrosé de bons conseils glanés auprès des bistrotières et bistrotiers. Si vous aimez découvrir les richesses cachées du terroir et des villages, si vous êtes sensible à la diversité, si vous appréciez la convivialité, l’authenticité et la solidarité, vous serez à l’aise avec « l’esprit Bistrot de Pays » !
