L’association "Dirigeants Responsables Rennes - Bretagne" (Association Loi 1901) a pour ambition d’être, sur le territoire, l’association de dirigeant.e.s référente, en matière d’économie responsable, par l’engagement et l’exemplarité de ses membres.
Son objectif est de promouvoir la RSE auprès des entreprises et sur son territoire en amenant les dirigeant.e.s à mettre la RSE au cœur de leur stratégie et de leur modèle économique.
Elle a pour mission de :
Sensibiliser – Fédérer – Engager :
– Informer et sensibiliser les entreprises, leurs dirigeant.e.s et leurs salarié.e.s aux enjeux de la RSE,
– Fédérer les acteurs liés par des valeurs et sensibilités communes,
– Encourager les entreprises à engager une démarche RSE formalisée, avec possible obtention d’un label.
Accompagner – Agir -Collaborer :
– Accompagner concrètement les entreprises dans leur démarche de progrès RSE,
– Partager les initiatives, les bonnes pratiques, les actions grâce à des visites, témoignages d’entreprises et d’expert.e.s,
– Collaborer avec des expert.e.s de grands groupes, d’ETI ou de PME avancées et engager des projets collaboratifs RSE.
Valoriser – Promouvoir – Interpeller :
– Valoriser la démarche des entreprises adhérentes, leur offre et leurs réussites,
– Promouvoir la dynamique RSE au niveau régional, national et auprès des écoles, collectivités, institutions, organismes de santé
– Interpeller et lutter contre les faux engagements, la RSE comme alibi et le Greenwashing.
