Projet d'occupation transitoire de l'ancien Monastère des Clarisses à Roubaix // en collaboration avec Yes We Camp
Véritable expérience d'intervention alternative sur le patrimoine, l'occupation transitoire Saisons Zéro permet de tester au quotidien et au fil des saisons des techniques pratiques, économiques et simples pour répondre aux besoins essentiels du logement, du travail, de la fête et de la cohabitation.
Depuis novembre 2019, une nouvelle communauté d’acteur·rice·s naissante s’installe dans l’ancienne école et monastère des Clarisses, par l’intermédiaire de l’association Zerm.
Réduction des consommations énergétiques, utilisation de matériaux de réemploi, réactualisation de mobiliers isolants oubliés, conscientisation de la provenance des produits consommés et gestion des déchets sont autant de sujets traités en collectif au quotidien. Ouvrir le bâtiment, ses cours et ses jardins, conçus pour une vie cloîtrée, sur le quartier de l’Épeule et à tous les publics est aussi un objectif fondamental de l’expérience...
Des occupant·e·s (associations, collectifs, entreprises) se joignent au collectif en louant un bureau ou un atelier sur place ou encore en privatisant des espaces de manière occasionnelle.
Les journées bénévoles donnent à tou·te·s la possibilité de tester avec nous.
