La Syndicat du Chocolat, membre de L'Alliance 7, regroupe une soixantaine d'entreprises de la PME familiale à la multinationale, produisant et commercialisant du chocolat en France. Il s’agit d’entreprises de première et deuxième transformation, fabricants de produits finis, réseaux de boutiques de chocolat ayant plus de 10 magasins.
