Value proposition

HMKW is a private, state-approved university of applied sciences. It was founded in Berlin, Germany, in 2008. Approximately 2000 students in sum are enrolled at the three HMKW campusses in Berlin, Cologne and Frankfurt am Main.

Study programs:

All our programs are centered around the fields of media, communication and business.
HMKW offers four undergraduate degree programs, taught in German:

BA Journalism and Corporate Communication
BA Graphic Design and Visual Communication
BA Media- and Event Management
BA Media- und Business Psychology

We also offer three consecutive Master programs on a full-time and part-time basis. In Berlin, all our MA programs are taught in English, in Cologne the language of instruction is German, in Frankfurt both languages are available, depending on the study program:
