6 years, 1 month agoUnique 3D printing technology using your chemistry in the shape of pellets.
Pollen AM has developed Pam Technology (Pellet Additive Manufacturing): a scalable production mean that allows industrials to reduce lead-time without any equivalent on the market.
Pam is a 3D printing technology using pellets raw materials, the same as injection moulding and allows to produce parts throughout all phases of products life cycle with a referenced and validated material.
Pam technology advantages:
- Reducing R&D costs: failing faster and succeeding better;
- Reducing time-to-market and lead-times;
- Flexibility and scalability.
Pam technology is available in two versions:
- New Pam Series P - Polymers Additive Manufacturing: the only solution harnessing the power of raw commodity materials. 10x less expensive than competition, 110% stronger than injection moulding.
Free your warehouses by producing spare parts on-demand, accelerate your time-to-market and develop custom accessories and it doesn’t stop there.
Commodities (from PP to ABS), Technical (from PA to PEKK), Elastomers.
- Pam Series MC - Metal & Ceramic Additive Manufacturing: when PIM (Particle Injection Moulding) meets Pam technology, you obtain the most affordable Metal & Ceramic Additive Manufacturing solution.
Using the exact same PiM feedstocks enables industrials to go straight to production with the expected quality output.
Think about printing metal molds, mechanical gears, aerospace brackets, and more.
