We support citizens and their franco-german projects.
The Franco-German Citizens' Fund offers council, a network and financiel support for projects that bring the franco-german friendship and Europe closer to people. It supports a great variety of formats and topics, is easy to acces and open for all actors of civil society. The Franco-German Citizens' Fund was created with the Treaty of Aachen and was launched in april 2020. It is implemented by the Franco-German Youth Office and financed in equal shares by the French and the German government.Original language
Nous soutenons des projets franco-allemands issus de la société civile.
Le Fonds citoyen franco-allemand conseille, met en réseau et finance les projets qui mettent en lumière l’amitié franco-allemande et l’Europe. Il soutient des projets de toutes tailles aux thèmes et formats variés et s’adresse à l’ensemble des acteurs de la société civile.
Lancé en avril 2020, le Fonds citoyen est issu du traité d’Aix-la-Chapelle signé en 2019. Sa mise en œuvre est confiée à l’Office franco-allemand pour la Jeunesse (OFAJ) et il est financé à parts égales par les gou-vernements français et allemand.
