The simple fact is that, the higher up you go in most companies,
the less women you’ll find.

We’d like to change things up.

Women for Leaders was founded in 2016 with the goal of seeing more women in leadership positions and boards, as well as more female owners and entrepreneurs. The purpose of the founders' various initiatives - Women for Leaders, Signe, Karriärpodden, and EQ Executive Search - is to drive progress towards a more equal and sustainable business environment through networking, leadership development (Women for Leaders), mentorship matching (signe.co), and recruitment (EQ Executive Search), while also highlighting inspiring women on the road there (our podcasts; Karriärpodden & Ledarskapssnack).
