Our mission is to empower women, shine a spotlight on what they are doing for the UK food industry and build a community of women who give each other support, confidence and strength.

Our aims are two-fold: to show the diversity of roles for women within the food industry which will help more enter this hugely creative & essential business. For those already working within food, our aim is to help women rise to senior roles across all verticals to achieve true diversity, leading to growth of this vital business that powers our nation.

We do all of this because we want to see a world in which the food industry treats women as equal, champions inclusion and diversity and actively supports women of all ages to fulfil their dreams and ambitions to work in food.
