The National Federation of Interinstitutional Centers of Competent Assessments (FNCIBC) is a 1901 law association created in 2000.

La Fédération Nationale des Centres Interinstitutionnels de Bilan de Compétences (FNCIBC) est une association Loi 1901 créée en 2000.
Elle repose sur une représentation de l’ensemble des CIBC de métropole et ultramarins afin de développer le bilan de compétences et toutes les méthodologies associées dans le cadre de l’orientation et de la formation professionnelle tout au long de la vie, de la reconnaissance et de la validation des acquis.
En collaboration très étroite avec les Partenaires Sociaux et les services de l'Etat (ministère du Travail - DGEFP), la Fédération a mis en place une procédure qualité exigeante qui a pris la forme du label "CIBC Service Qualité Totale" reconnu par le CNEFOP et désormais crédité "Qualiopi".
Avec le soutien des partenaires sociaux, économiques et institutionnels, la Fédération Nationale des CIBC contribue très activement aux évolutions du bilan de compétences et à la diversification des activités de conseil en ressources humaines.
Premier réseau européen de l’orientation tout au long de la vie et de la sécurisation des parcours professionnels, la Fédération Nationale des CIBC développe une vision dynamique et épanouissante de l’orientation, au service des individus et des entreprises pour une gestion optimisée des carrières.
Elle constitue également un précieux pôle de ressources pour ses adhérents et les 700 professionnels salariés.
