Syscobat est une start-up toulousaine qui hybride la construction béton avec le bois et le numérique.
Ce système constructif innovant se nomme B2R+, il allie la rapidité, fiabilité, légèreté, solidité, liberté, sécurité et biosourcés.
B2R+ est un système constructif breveté H° FR 14 54335 qui comprend les murs périphériques isolés thermiquement, les murs de refends et des panneaux de plancher.
Cette innovation a été validée par une Enquête de Technique Nouvelle en date du 16/10/2017.
