Nous agissons au quotidien pour reconnecter la ville à l'assiette. En accompagnant les collectivités, commerces, et entreprises , nous proposons des solutions intelligentes et innovantes pour la lutte contre le gaspillage alimentaire.

Nos actions :
- Recettes Evadées : Projet de revalorisation des invendus avec un concept innovant de transformation en cookies et autres délicieuses recettes, et fourniture du Crumbler, outil permettant aux professionnels de transformer leurs surplus de pain en farine.
- Prestations de traiteur éco-responsable : revalorisation des surplus de pain locaux en pièces traiteurs professionnelles, produits bio et locaux, "0 déchets"
- Organisation de formations et d'ateliers de sensibilisation pour les scolaires,les entreprises et le grand public
- Accompagnement des collectivités dans la mise en oeuvre de leurs politiques "antigaspi"
