Celui d’un espace exemplaire sur le plan écologique, où les modes de déplacement doux vous permettront de rejoindre le centre urbain pour travailler, ou de vous évader vers la campagne en suivant les itinéraires de promenade aménagés le long de l’Allier.
Le déploiement de nouvelles filières au Pôle Universitaire de Vichy et les formations qualifiantes garantiront aux jeunes la possibilité d’étudier ici.
Le réaménagement cohérent du territoire profitera à toute l’économie touristique. Des zones d’activités revivifiées contribueront à la création d’emplois. Nous conjuguerons le passé au futur par la mise en valeur des sources et l’émergence d’un plateau d’économie sportive ultra-moderne.
Cette grande ambition, nos communes et Vichy Communauté la déploieront dans le courant porteur de deux dynamiques : celle de l’axe Clermont-Vichy d’abord, qui fait émerger un pôle métropolitain avec pour mission de préparer la métropole de demain ; celle de la grande région Rhône-Alpes Auvergne ensuite.
