WeGov is a Government Learning Space. Our main premises are:
A. Empower public agents;
B. Illuminate ideas and actions that can be replicated;
C. Promote inter-institutional rapprochement between public agents from the three spheres and the three powers.
WeGov's learning model is supported by the Learn by Doing methodological approach, which means that learning is found in the process. Action-reflecting learning is an approach developed to bring out the learners' repertoire and integrate them into the learning process through experimentation. For WeGov, therefore, education means encouraging the desire for continuous development, preparing people to transform something.
We call our learning model by the acronym “CRIE” - Conceptualize, Reflect, Implement and Experiment, and its foundations are found in the references of active methodologies, which encourage collaboration and collective construction of consensus.
We assume that the professionals who participate in our service deliveries already have a consolidated repertoire of knowledge and have different levels of maturity for innovation. Therefore, the facilitation process based on CRIE seeks to bring this prior knowledge to the surface, while creating space for critical reflection on the practice in the context of the professional apprentice, and mainly, instrumentalizes and promotes the experimentation of methods and tools. From this, the facilitation encourages this new knowledge and techniques to be used in the implementation of real solutions, in the context of origin of the apprentice.

A WeGov é um Espaço de Aprendizado em Governo. Nossas principais premissas são:
A. Empoderar os agentes públicos;
B. Iluminar ideias e ações que possam ser replicadas;
C. Promover a aproximação interinstitucional entre agentes públicos das três esferas e dos três poderes.
O modelo de aprendizagem da WeGov é amparado pela abordagem metodológica do Learn by Doing (Aprender fazendo), isso significa que a aprendizagem encontra-se no processo. A aprendizagem que reflete a ação é uma abordagem desenvolvida para trazer à tona o repertório dos aprendizes e integrá-las no processo de aprendizagem por meio da experimentação. Para WeGov educar, portanto, é incentivar o desejo de desenvolvimento contínuo, preparar pessoas para transformar algo.
Denominamos nosso modelo de aprendizado pelo acrônimo “CRIE” - Conceituar, Refletir, Implementar e Experimentar, e suas bases encontram-se nos referenciais de metodologias ativas, que estimulam a colaboração e construção coletiva de consensos.
Partimos do pressuposto que os profissionais que participam de nossas entregas de serviço já possuem um repertório consolidado de conhecimentos e possuem diferentes níveis de maturidade para inovação. Por isso, o processo de facilitação embasado no CRIE, busca trazer estes conhecimentos prévios à tona, ao mesmo tempo em que cria espaço para uma reflexão crítica sobre a prática no contexto do profissional aprendiz, e principalmente, instrumentaliza e promove a experimentação de métodos e ferramentas. A partir disso, a facilitação fomenta que estes novos conhecimentos e técnicas sejam utilizados na implementação de soluções reais, no contexto de origem do aprendiz.
