Inclusive digital transformation

The Digital Leadership Institute is a Brussels-based, international NGO whose global mission is to promote inclusive digital inclusion.

Since launching in 2014, the Digital Leadership Institute has reached thousands of girls and women around the world through its initiatives which include Digital Brusselles, the first female tech incubator in Europe, inQube “Move It Forward” female digital starter events, the Ada Awards recognising top girls and women in digital sectors, the Digital Muse “Girl Tech Fest” promoting ESTEAM skills to teen girls, and the “CYPRO” IT professional training and apprenticeship program for women.

DLI is a recognised world leader in promoting greater participation of girls and women in strategic, innovative entrepreneurship, science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (ESTEAM) sectors, through four areas of activity:
