With around a hundred members, owners of more than 2 million homes and producing more than 50,000 homes per year, BAT’IM CLUB owes its reputation to the quality of the events it organizes and the richness of the discussions that take place there. To meet this objective, BAT’IM CLUB offers, as every year, two types of events:

- WORKSHOPS (one and a half day format)

Carrefour des bâtisseurs et des gestionnaires de logements
Fort d’une centaine d’adhérents, propriétaires de plus de 2 millions de logements et produisant plus de 50 000 logements par an, BAT’IM CLUB tient sa réputation de la qualité des manifestations qu’il organise et de la richesse des échanges qui s’y tiennent. BAT’IM CLUB aborde l’ensemble des sujets qui ont trait au cadre bâti : aménagement, construction, maintenance et exploitation, réhabilitation et amélioration, démolition et déconstruction, achat, vente et diversification.
Pour répondre à cet objectif, BAT’IM CLUB propose, comme chaque année, deux types de manifestations :
- Les RENCONTRES (format d’une journée)
ont pour objectif de proposer une vision stratégique et prospective à travers le partage d’expériences et de connaissances pour le développement et la gestion de patrimoine immobilier.
- Les ATELIERS (format d’une journée et demie)
ont pour finalité de croiser les pratiques professionnelles, de dresser des bilans d’actions, d’approfondir certains sujets, de suivre et capitaliser sur les innovations en proposant une approche plus opérationnelle que les rencontres. Il favorise les échanges entre participants.
