SEDIPEC is an industrial, innovative, responsible and supportive deeptech startup.
We design recyclable, permanent and autonomous flood protections, while working on the design of the resilient, eco-responsible habitat of tomorrow.
Our mission is to reduce the number of damages caused each year in France by floods while participating in the design of the resilient habitat of tomorrow.
We want every citizen to feel safe at home or at work, by promoting sustainable materials, while spreading the values carried by a business model related to the circular economy.
We have redesigned the hinged shutter by giving it additional and complementary functions in order to secure property and people against floods.
Our airtight doors and shutters can be connected to local alert systems by integrating an embedded AI. Their role is to instinctively protect a house without human intervention in order to best plan the occupant's evacuation. Thus reducing the vulnerability of buildings, they are also a deterrent to burglars and improve acoustic comfort, while limiting heat loss.
The objective is to offer permanent and autonomous protection for openings without altering the lifestyle habits of the people concerned.

SEDIPEC est une startup deeptech industrielle, innovante, responsable et solidaire.
Nous concevons des protections anti-inondations recyclables, permanentes et autonomes, tout en travaillant sur la conception de l'habitat résilient, éco-responsable de demain.
Notre mission est de réduire le nombre de dommages causés chaque année en France par les inondations tout en participant à la conception de l’habitat résilient de demain.
Nous souhaitons que chaque citoyen puisse se sentir en sécurité à son domicile ou sur son lieu de travail, ce en faisant la promotion de matériaux durables, tout en diffusant les valeurs portées par un business model relevant de l’économie circulaire.
Nous avons repensé le volet battant en lui apportant des fonctions supplémentaires et complémentaires afin de sécuriser les biens et les personnes contre les inondations.
Nos portes et volets hermétiques pourront être connectés aux systèmes d’alerte locaux en intégrant une IA embarquée. Leur rôle consiste à protéger de manière instinctive une maison sans intervention humaine afin de planifier au mieux l'évacuation de l'occupant. Réduisant ainsi la vulnérabilité des constructions, ils sont également dissuasifs pour les cambrioleurs et renforcent le confort acoustique, tout en limitant les déperditions de chaleur.
L'objectif est de proposer une protection permanente et autonome pour les ouvertures sans altérer les habitudes de vie des personnes concernées.
